B&B HOTELS, one of the most important economic hotel groups in Europe has partnered with Wings of Change to provide practical training sessions to underprivileged students in hospitality and tourism in Nosy Be Madagascar. This partnership is part of B&B HOTELS' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which aims to support education and give back to the community.
Wings of Change is a non-profit organization that provides education and training to students from financially challenged families. Through this partnership, B&B HOTELS will share its knowledge and expertise with Wings of Change students, helping them develop practical skills that they can use in their future careers.
The partnership kicked off on February 27, 2023, when the CEO of B&B HOTELS Western Europe, Vincent Quendalle gave his keynote speech and met with the students and shared his insights on the hospitality industry. He emphasized the importance of education and training in the industry, saying, "At B&B HOTELS, we believe that education is the key to success, and we are committed to sharing our knowledge and expertise with the next generation of hospitality professionals.“

Following Max Luscher's session, B&B HOTELS team Karsten Haendly and Nikol Krzelj led a Class Session on March 3, 2023, where they provided practical advice to the students on customer service and the need for innovation in the industry.
The students were amazed by the knowledge and expertise shared by Karsten and Nikol, and expressed their desire to learn more from them.
In response to their enthusiasm, B&B HOTELS announced that it would continue its commitment to Wings of Change students by continuing to provide hands-on training.
