On February 17, 2023, WINGS OF CHANGE opened its first doors to the "Atelier de Couture" for young girls of Ambatozavavy village who are enthusiastic to become professional dressmakers. The workshop was well-attended by enthusiastic girls eager to learn the craft of sewing and dressmaking while improving their English.

Atelier de Couture is a specialized program designed to teach young village girls the art of dressmaking, a skill that can provide them with a means to earn a living and support their families.
